4 no. Chicken Fillet
2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Garlic Salt
2 Lemons, finely grate
65 ml Olive Oil
½ cup Self-Raising Flour (use gluten free self raising flour to be gf )
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- Pre-heat oven to 190 c.
- Combine Sea Salt, Garlic Salt, Chilli Flakes and grated Lemon rind in a bowl. Add Olive Oil and stir to combine to create a marinade.
- Rub some of the marinade over the Chicken Fillets and dust with self-raising flour.
- Take a sealable cooking bag and place the chicken fillets and the remainder of the marinade in it and toss to coat the chicken fillets evenly.
- Place the bag and its contents on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
