Order and Collect In Store Service

"Order for Collection" service will expedite your shopping experience. We will do your shopping for you and you can simply call into the Food Village till area to collect. This will reduce the time each customer spends on the premises.

Order and Collect Service is ONLY AVAILABLE at the Primacy Food Village.

It is not available at our Tesco based Butchery counters

How to Order

Option 1: Web store

1. Place your order and select your collection day from the drop down list
2. Payment will be taken online
3. Come into the till area of the Food Village after 1pm to collect on your chosen collection day.

Option 2: Phone Us

You can call us on 028 91 270083 (choose option no.3) and tell us what you would like.

1. We will take your order over the phone
2. We will process the order for the collection day chosen
3. We will call you with the amount and take payment over the phone
4. We will arrange a collection time
5. Come in to the till area of the Food Village to collect
